At Rayne and Roo LTD we are committed to ensuring representation and all vendors must be LGBTQ+ friendly and culturally aware. We want to ensure that all couples know that their love matters and that the service they will receive will not vary.
Effective Communication
As we mentioned, one of the things we believe is essential, particularly for international couples, is trust in their vendors. We believe this trust is built through effective communication. As such, we pride ourselves on efficient replies, clear boundaries and maintaining a high level of service throughout the entire wedding process. There are no hidden costs or last minute surprises. Couples can plan their wedding with Rayne and Roo and know exactly what they can expect at all times.
Respect Local
As a local company, one of the reasons for our foundation was to ensure that local vendors are represented. We have seen a growth in international vendors operating here without adhering to local regulations, paying local taxes or even traveling on appropriate visas. As such they are working here illegally and without insurance. At Rayne and Roo we want to ensure that all local vendors are prioritised; keeping money in the local economy and ensuring that the industry is regulated for the protection of all involved.
This means that we will not work with any vendor who is not registered within the island of Ireland.
Leave No Trace
We believe in respecting and protecting the environment for future generations to enjoy. As such we operate policies including: no confetti unless flower petals, no smoke bombs/grenades and nothing should be left behind.
